Operating Procedures

    1. To light the fireplace in the living room - turn on the timer; that is all you need to do. Please make sure  the knob at the bottom of the fireplace stays on "ON", otherwise, if you change it by mistake, a fireplace reset will be required. This reset is known as "turning on the PILOT light".
    2. Procedure to turn on the fireplace if the PILOT light is off (Note that the PILOT light is a small light that always needs to be on):
      Turn on the timer (located above the fireplace, on the right side) -> turn the control knob clockwise - from ON to PILOT position -> push the knob while on PILOT and at the same time push the igniter button till the PILOT light turns on -> continue pushing the control knob while on PILOT mode for 15 seconds and then release the knob, the light should stay on -> turn the control knob counter clockwise to ON.     3. To operate the fire pit tables: 1) Turn on the timer. 2) Push and turn the control knob to “LOW”. 3) Push the igniter button repeatedly to light the burner. 4) Adjust the flame via the control knob. Please find a video on how to perform this procedure.
    4. To operate the theater room projector: 1) Press the input button on the projector remote (located on the upper-right side of the remote), 2) Select the TV input, 3) Use the Roku remote to watch content from streaming services, such as Netflix. You can also download streaming apps through Roku.
    5. To turn on the barrel arcade: 1) Press the Input button on the TV remote. 2) Select the Console input from the list.
    6. To operate the propane Grill on the second deck, first turn on the timer and then follow the instruction written on the grill.
